Generate a PDF shipping label for the given tracking ID and size.

Allowed sizes

| Value | Description |
| --- | --- |
| letter | Document size of 9 x 11 |
| zebra | Document size of 4 x 6 |
| small | Document size of 4 x 3 |

All sizes are inches
